Pastor Donald W Abrams II
My name is Don Abrams. I am passionate about nurturing and supporting my community through spiritual guidance and practical support. I strive to create uplifting and encouraging content that inspires and connects with others.
As a pastor and member of my community in Livingstone I love to combine spirituality and community together in many activities. I believe that shared experiences can foster meaningful and strong relationships, bringing us closer together. My goal is to serve God while providing spiritual and practical support to all of God’s children through a creative and positive uplifting environment for all.

Amanda Gilliland
Amanda Gilliland serves as the Worship Leader at Livingston Methodist Church, bringing a lifelong passion for music and ministry. Her journey began early, participating in worship and special music programs throughout her life. She previously led worship at North Metro Church in Atlanta and also helped launch Southbridge Church in Statesboro, Georgia, where she also led the worship team and helped shape the church’s musical direction.
With a heart for uniting generations through music, Amanda loves blending traditional hymns with contemporary worship styles to create meaningful, engaging experiences for all ages. Her vision is to help build a church community that’s both rooted in faith and moving forward together.

Courtney Vick
Courtney Vick serves as the Children’s Program Director at Livingston Methodist Church, where she is passionate about helping children grow in their faith while having fun. She has wonderful memories of her childhood in church—learning from caring Sunday school teachers, singing songs, and discovering the love of Jesus. Now, she strives to create that same meaningful experience for the next generation. Courtney and her husband, Daniel, have two sons, Jordy and Hudson, who keep life exciting and full of adventure. She is committed to making church a place where children feel loved, welcomed, and excited to learn about Jesus.

Katie Brown
Katie Brown is the Youth Director at Livingston Methodist Church, where she passionately serves teens during some of their most transformational years. With a heart for guiding young people through challenges and growth, she fosters a safe and supportive environment for spiritual development. Katie’s commitment to helping teens navigate their faith and personal journeys shapes her work, empowering them to build a strong foundation on the truth of Jesus and who He is. She believes in the power of mentorship, community, and faith to impact the lives of young people today.

David Hawley
David Hawley is one of our worship leaders for our 9:15 service, The Bridge. He was instrumental in its inception in 2018 and has been a member of Livingston Methodist since a child, and has served in a variety of leadership roles at LMC. David combines his love for Jesus with his musical talent to provide an inspiring and uplifting worship for The Bridge attendees. He also helps to lead the men’s life group following The Bridge.
David and his wife Byrne have two sons, Bud and Jack, and they enjoy the fellowship and family feel of Livingston Methodist. David will be quick to share how Livingston Methodist has positively impacted his Faith journey, and welcomes all to join our church in our collective journey of Faith.

Deborah Truelove
Deborah Truelove has served Livingston Methodist Church as Choir Director and Organist since April 14, 2004. She is a lifelong musician with a heart for worship. She is passionate about leading worship and enriching the spiritual experience of the congregation through music. Deborah is committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive worship environment where everyone feels connected to God through music. Deborah is married to Ernie Truelove and has one son, Michael, a daugher-in-law, Camryn, and three beautiful granddaughters, Aria, Remy and Keeley.
